Appointments
Before your appointment
Do not sign, or have witnessed, any documents which require a notarial seal or signature before meeting with the Notary. It is imperative that everything is done in the Notary's presence.
Before meeting the Notary, carefully read through all the documents that you are planning to have notarised. Ensure that your full name appears on the documents as it appears on your passport and that there is no missing information.
Make sure that you bring the whole complete document including any attachments required along with any special instructions on how the documents should be signed or witnessed.
Check how many of each original document you will require and wait until your meeting to sign them so that the Notary can witness your signature.
What do I need to bring with me?
Under current legislation we are required to obtain proof of a client´s identity. At least two forms of identification are required, one of which should carry a photograph of yourself and the other should bear your current home address.
Acceptable forms of identification are:

For business clients, we require some additional identification to establish that the company or organisation which you represent actually exists and that you are authorised to represent them.
We require the company's registration number and if possible a certified copy of your company's board minute authorising you to sign on the company's behalf.
